What is urgent care and how does it work?
Urgent care centers are designed to treat those who need attention quickly but don’t require an emergency room visit. Urgent care centers do not require appointments and are generally open longer hours than a primary care physician’s office. For instance, all HealthCARE Express Centers are open 7 days a week, 12 hours a day.
How are Urgent Care clinics different from a hospital emergency room or a family doctor’s office?
HealthCARE Express Urgent Care is distinguished by its team of dedicated medical professionals whose driving goal is to provide excellent care with the highest patient satisfaction possible.
What types of insurance does HealthCARE Express accept?
HealthCARE Express makes every effort to participate with as many insurance companies as possible. If your insurance company currently participates with us, you are responsible for the copay or deductible at the time of your visit, and we will bill your insurance plan for the remainder of our services.
Please contact us for more information about our contracted insurance plans.
What if you do not accept my insurance?
If HealthCARE Express is not contracted with your insurance company, you would initially need to pay as if you were a self-paying patient. With a commitment to provide our patients with the highest level of customer service, HealthCARE Express will assist you in submitting your medical claims to your insurance company during check-out.
What if I do not have insurance?
HealthCARE Express will happily see you as a self-pay patient.

How long will I have to wait?
Patients are generally treated on a first-come first-served basis. Every attempt will be made to see you in a prompt manner. Wait times are based on the number of people seeking care and the seriousness of these illnesses. We are dedicated to attending to your needs as soon as possible.
What happens after I leave?
You will be advised about all follow-up procedures and notified of any abnormal results. We will work closely with you to ensure that all of the appropriate records are transferred to your local physician.
